Our COMPASS web based system, (Customer On-line Maintenance Project And Support System) http://support.netsyndicate.co.uk/, ensures all support, development and updates are managed and tracked on-line.
Customers can log-on to this web based system and register a support or change request which sends an email to our support team within the hour of the issue being logged.
The status of the support or change request is relayed to you while work is being done and all comments are logged via the system. In addition to a telephone hotline support number you will also be provided with secure login account details which will allow you to log, monitor and update any support related issues.
Please note that COMPASS can be branded in your Company logo/colours to give a corporate feel to your customers/users of the system.
Support is provided from 8am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Out of hours and weekend cover can be provided on request.
Hosting is provided on a shared server basis or a dedicated server, depending on the website or application needs. Net Syndicate provide a hosting service from its network of Fasthost servers which are fully managed and secure.
